Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the following business day. During peak shopping seasons (such as the holidays), processing times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume of orders.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Airpur Royal offers a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. The available shipping methods are displayed during checkout, and the appropriate option for your location and order size will be suggested.

We primarily use reputable shipping carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx to deliver orders. We ensure that each carrier chosen provides reliable, fast, and secure delivery services. Depending on your preference and location, you may choose from standard or expedited shipping methods.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping generally takes between 5-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier used, and it does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, you may opt for expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for most items and can be selected at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined during checkout based on several factors, including the weight of the items, the delivery address, and the chosen shipping method. These fees will be clearly shown before you finalize your order. Airpur Royal offers competitive rates for shipping, and we are constantly reviewing and improving our shipping costs to provide the best value for our customers.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Airpur Royal only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. However, if you are located outside of the United States and would like to place an order, you may use third-party freight forwarding services that can forward your order to your international address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system. You can monitor your order’s progress online and receive updates on its delivery status.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to be available online. If you have any concerns about the tracking of your package, please contact us at info@airpuroyal.click, and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Timeframes
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the specified timeframes. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will always keep you informed of any changes to your order’s shipping status.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping orders. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. If you need expedited delivery to a P.O. Box, we suggest providing an alternate street address for your order.

Signature Requirement
In some cases, especially for high-value items or orders that exceed a certain size, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package is safely delivered to the correct recipient. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier may attempt to redeliver or leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time, in the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@airpuroyal.click. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, we will send you a replacement or refund your purchase. To assist with the claims process, please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged items, and any other relevant details.

Returns and Exchanges
